We are a family run business, being one of the first legally established real estate agencies in the Antequera region. Viewing property with us is easy - we will drive you around in our own vehicle, and if you like we can book you into a comfortable hotel in Antequera. English, Spanish and Italian speaking staff are available in our office.

After a purchase we will assist you with name changes and direct debits on utilities and services, bank accounts, etc... If you don't have a bank account we can introduce you to a local bank with English speaking staff. You will also need a solicitor to handle the purchase procedure, if you don't have one we can recommend several good local ones who speak English.

An NIE number (ID number for foreigners) is also required when purchasing property in Spain, we can sort that out for you as well. And we can give you lots of handy tips and advice for your new life in Spain - local builders, architects, swimming pool installations, foreign car registration and lots more!
