Viewing property with us is easy - we will drive you around in our own vehicle, and if you like we can book you into a comfortable hotel in Antequera. English, Spanish and Italian speaking staff are available in our office.

After a purchase, we will change the name on the utilities and services and direct debit them to your Spanish bank account if you so wish - all at no charge. If you don't have a bank account we can introduce you to a local bank with English speaking staff. You will also need a solicitor to handle the purchase procedure, if you don't have one we can recommend several good local ones who speak English.

An NIE number (foreigner's ID number) is also required when purchasing property in Spain, we can sort that out for you as well.
